DO YOU ALWAYS HAVE EVERY BIKE IN STOCK ?

We always have a number of Wisper e-bikes and Silence e-moto scooters in stock but may not have the exact variant (eg. battery size or options pack). When the exact bike isn’t available immediately we usually say to allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. If in doubt, the best thing to do is call us on 0800 181 4001 to check out current stock list and we’ll be really happy to help.

What’s the difference between mid drive and hub drive powered e-bikes?

Hub driven e-bikes offer outstanding direct power through the hub in the centre of the rear wheel of the bike. They’re also the more affordable option. Mid drive motors offer a much more natural riding feel, with the motor located at the pedals. With mid drives, the motor will sense how much pressure the rider is putting through the pedals and automatically adjust the pedal assist power required. It’s this smart technology that makes them generally the more expensive option.

What’s the best battery for me?

This will depend on how much you pedal, how far you travel, your daily use and how much you want to let the bike do the work. and the distance. As an approximate guide 375Wh = 15-30 mile range; 575Wh 25-45 mile range; 700Wh = 35-60 mile range. Each of our brands offer different specifications of power packs (some with one option, others with the choice to upgrade) so please see individual bikes for details. Can I collect my bike in person?
